BINGHAMTON, N.Y. (WBNG) — Posters are back up on the windows and door of a cannabis shop in Binghamton that had previously been raided by law enforcement in May.

High Standards at 104 Broad Ave in Binghamton was visited by state and local law enforcement on Friday, Sept. 4, as the New York State Office of Cannabis Management conducted an apparent enforcement action at the shop.

An image from the scene showed agents in unmarked vehicles alongside Broome County sheriff’s deputies around the building.

The Broome County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that deputies were assisting in the operation, but said OCM was the primary agency.

When 12 News visited the shop Friday afternoon, signs were up on the windows indicating that illegal cannabis was seized.

The High Standards location was recently part of a larger cannabis enforcement operation back in May, where several shops were raided and shut down.

The details of the operation are limited at the time of publication. 12 News has reached out to the OCM for details as to what was seized and is waiting to hear back.
