MONROE, La. (KNOE) – Jim Taylor Auto Group broke ground Thursday, September 3, 2026 on a new facility for their Buick GMC dealership in Monroe.

The building at 2001 Louisville Avenue is designed to modernize the customer and service experience. It will replace the current location and feature updated equipment.

One key feature will be the EV-compliant area that will allow the dealership to add more electric vehicles to their inventory.

When finished, the upgraded, air-conditioned facilities will provide customers with a more comfortable waiting area.

The project is expected to be complete by late 2027.
